ROBESON COUNTY, N.C. (WBTW) -- The Robeson County Sheriff's Office says it has identified a person of interest following a deadly Saturday night shooting in Rowland. Rashawn Johnson, 18, of Fairmont, was pronounced dead at the scene of incident at the 500 block of Ruby Road in Rowland.
