The 16-year-old high school student who was fatally struck by a train in Red Bank on Wednesday morning was crossing the tracks on his way home from the YMCA, school officials said.The boy, identified by community members as Terry Haupt, was a sophomore and student-athlete at Red Bank Regional High School.
