KINGSTON, N.Y. — A 15-year-old city teen was sent to HealthAlliance Hospital after running into a slow-moving vehicle in front of the John F. Kennedy Elementary School on Gross Street and then complaining of leg pain, police said. Reached by phone Tuesday, May 27, Lt.
