A 14-year-old boy was ordered held without bail during his arraignment on a murder charge Friday, Essex County District Attorney Paul Tucker’s office said.Jayden Maldonado, of Lynn, was arrested Thursday in connection with a shooting on Jackson Street in the North Shore city on Jan. 8 that left 18-year-old Lionel Isaac Martinez with fatal injuries, Tucker’s office said in a statement.
