13-year-old rape-slay victim in Leyte, body found under altar; suspect is chapel caretaker

The suspect, who has been a caretaker at the chapel for two years and has other rape cases, is facing charges for the murder and alleged rape of a 13-year-old girl in Baybay City, Leyte. The victim's body was found naked under the altar.
