Thirteen people were injured Thursday morning in a crash between a passenger van and a car on Route 123 in Hanover, according to police and firefighters.The crash at the intersection with Juniper Lane was reported to authorities shortly after 11:30 a.m., Hanover police and firefighters said in a press release. First responders found the passenger van on its side and a four-door sedan nearby — both with significant damage.

13 people were transported to South Shore Hospital Thursday morning following a crash between a van and a car in Hanover. The crash occurred near the intersection of Walnut and Webster Streets at around 11:45 a.m. When fire arrived on scene, some passengers had managed to get out but others had to be rescued by taking them through the windshield.
