Rome Man Uses Stolen Bank Card to Make Purchase

Christopher Jackson, 48 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he used another person’s bank card to make a purchase at the Elm Street Food and Beverage Store. Reports said that Jackson used the stolen bank card to make a purchase for $4.06 back on July 10th. Jackson is charged with financial transaction card fraud and transaction card theft. Source
