The Maple Grove Police Department is asking the community to help solve a case that’s been cold for 22 years. Rebecca Nelson was killed in a hit-and-run near the Maple Grove Community Center on Feb. 20, 2003. She was dropping her son off at a hockey game when she was struck by a vehicle.
