BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A 10-year-old girl was seriously hurt when she was hit on an e-scooter in Niagara Falls late Sunday afternoon, according to police. The child was hit in the intersection of 100th Street and Marine Memorial Drive by a 44-year-old driver in a 2020 Toyota.
