SPRINGDALE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) --- UPDATE: Traffic has cleared. SPRINGDALE, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) --- The Arkansas Department of Transportation has reported an incident affecting the left shoulder northbound on I49. The incident has slowed traffic from exit 76 down to 70.
