BOARDMAN, Ohio (WKBN) - A Pennsylvania man is dead after a two-car crash on Interstate-680 Southbound in Boardman. It happened just before 6 p.m. at milepost 12 near the Route 224 overpass. According to Ohio State Highway Patrol, both vehicles were driving southbound in the left lane.
