FRANKFORT, Ind. — One man is dead and a juvenile is injured following an Off-Road Vehicle crash in Clinton County. The Clinton County Central Dispatch were dispatched at 8:04 p.m. on Sunday to the 5400 block of West Manson Colfaz Road on a report of a crash with injury.
