1,100+ RI Energy customers without power

SOUTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. (WPRI) — Whipping winds and the snow and ice left over from the weekend's storm are causing power outages in our area. As of midday Monday, more than 1,100 Rhode Island Energy customers were without electricity, down from more than 2,300.
