The Keene Planning Board will meet on Monday, June 22, 2026, at 6:30 PM in the 2nd Floor Council Chambers of City Hall to conduct a hearing on the following proposals:  PB-26-16 – Cottage Court Conditional Use Permit (CUP) – Barn Conversion, 128-130 School St – Applicant Zack Leroy, on behalf of owner Michael Evan, proposes a Cottage Court Development for an existing duplex to convert the attached ~1,292-sf barn into two additional dwelling units. The ~0.21-ac parcel at 128-130 School St (TMP# 555-001-000) is located in the Low Density District.  PB-26-15 – Major Site Plan & Surface Water CUP – Eversource L163 Transmission Line – Applicant Normandeau Associates Inc., on behalf of owner Public Service Company of New Hampshire (d/b/a Eversource Energy), proposes to replace five existing utility structures along the L163 Transmission Line. The proposed work area is located ~1 mile north of the entrance to Old Gilsum Rd from Timberlane Dr. A Surface Water Protection CUP is requested for ~3,487-sf of impact within the 75-ft surface water buffer to allow for the installation of timber matting and a temporary gravel access road.  These applications are available for public review at City Hall on the 4th floor, 3 Washington St between the hours of 8:00am-4:30pm. The full agenda and supporting materials will be posted online one week before the meeting on the Planning Board webpage at www.keenenh.gov/planning-board.   The post 06/22/2026 – Planning Board Meeting appeared first on City of Keene.
