Cicero, Illinois · CiceroCICERO, Ill. — A Cicero man is facing several felony charges, including kidnapping and predatory sexual assault, in connection with a domestic incident that unfolded inside a western suburban home last week. According to officials from the Town of Cicero, 35-year-old Humberto Guardado has been charged with predatory criminal sexual assault, kidnapping, aggravated domestic battery, and resisting arrest.
