Carrollton · CarrolltonBy Carmen Ensinger Carrollton City Council approved two major pay requests on its new water plant at the Thursday, May 9 city council meeting.
Benton and Associates engineer Bryan Cannon presented a water plant Illinois Environmental Agency pay request No. 6 in the amount of $454,097.25 and a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency pay request No. 2 in the amount of $176,546.07. The council approved both.
