EPA · CarrolltonBy Carmen Ensinger Carrollton City Council approved a bid from Killion Construction to do work in conjunction with future lead service line replacements which must be done by the city to comply with EPA requirements.
According to Public Works Director Steve Rosentreter, the work they will be doing will be paid for through a grant.
