The Lady Lions finished with 57 points, trailing only Brock (36), and finishing ahead of Stephenville (62), Glen Rose (82) and Mineral Wells (138). Lady Lions, Lions qualify for regionals in cross country

Brown County, Texas · Brown CountyBrown County Treasurer Ann Krpoun has announced her retirement, effective December 31 of this year. In a letter to County Judge Shane Britton and the County Commissioners, Krpoun cited health concerns following two surgeries this year. Krpoun’s elected term of service runs through December 31, 2026. The County Commissioners will have to appoint someone to complete the term, serving from January 1 through December 31 of next year.
