NEW JERSEY — Federal officials arrested one of the two detainees who were still at large after escaping from an ICE detention center in New Jersey last week, according to the FBI. It was not immediately clear how they found Franklin Norberto Bautista Reyes. The search for the other detainee, Andrés Felipe Pineda Mogollón, continues on Tuesday. A $25,000 reward is offered for his arrest.
