Councilor Natale Puma wrote this morning to councilors Maurizio Carta and Dario Falzone, proposing, "to limit the impact on traffic and the environment, the temporary opening of the ZTL on Via Roma during periods of greatest criticality. This would provide a valid alternative for traffic flow, decongesting vehicular traffic and reducing CO2 emissions"
