AKRON, Ohio - Akron travels to Holly Springs, N.C. to battle the Purdue Boilermakers for four games at Ting Stadium. Purdue leads the all-time series 3-2. Akron took the first meeting between the two schools, 4-3, in 1997 in Jacksonville, Fla. In 2023, Akron and Purdue met for four games with the Zips taking the first game of the series, 2-1, at Ting Stadium. Purdue would go on to win the final three games of the 2023 series.
