Zhengzhou requires state-owned enterprises to buy second-hand housing and remove housing reserves

According to data released by the CPC Bureau of Statistics on Tuesday (April 16), new home sales in Zhengzhou, the capital of China's Henan province, have been falling for 12 consecutive months. In order to reduce the number of new homes, Zhengzhou has required local residents to sell second-hand properties to a state-owned enterprise and then buy new homes.
