Zelenskiy Says He Discussed Ballistic Missile Interceptors, Starlink with Rubio
Zelenskyy says Ukraine still lacks answers on restricted satellite links and missed missile warnings as Starlink and Starshield outages continue on the front line.

Restrictions on Starlink and Starshield terminals, which began overnight on October 13-14, have crippled interceptor drones against jet-powered Shaheds and mid-strike drones targeting Russian oil refiners.
To demonstrate the stakes, Zelenskyy presented photos from a Russian strike on a central park in Nova Vodolaha, Kharkiv region, that killed six people, including three children, earlier on Monday.
As of October 15, Ukraine reportedly exhausted its Patriot stocks completely, complicating defense against Russian ballistic missiles while Lockheed Martin faces global demand tripling for air defense systems.
On Monday, the Ukrainian President accused the United States of deliberately delaying the delivery of missile interceptors destined for Kiev. The conversation with the US Secretary of State also focused on the American warnings allowing Ukraine to detect Russian missiles on approach.
The President of Ukraine and the Secretary of State of the United States discussed Ukraine's requirements for interceptors of ballistic missiles, an early warning system for Russian attacks and the reconstruction of Starlink/Starshield.
