Youth, trade unions and collectives call for demonstration in defense of the working class

Like all the first of May, this Thursday marks the International Workers’ Class Day, and this year various social, union and community organizations convened a demonstration to claim labor rights and denounce austerity policies. The march will take place from 9:00 a.m., leaving from the University of Puerto Rico in Río Piedras, and will culminate in front of the headquarters of the Fiscal Control Board (JCF), in Hato Rey.
