Continuing its commitment to mental health, which it had designated a "major national cause" for 2025-2026, the government announced several new measures, as well as the renewal of existing programs, on Tuesday, June 2nd. Among the new measures is a "fast-track" system for young people identified by the Ministry of Education as having a mental health disorder.
It is supposed to be a priority for more than a year, but the balance sheet is small, denounce the actors of the sector. The Ministry of Health returns to it on Tuesday 2 June, with the promise to immediately orient the students in difficulty towards an adapted follow-up, but scepticism is to be put in place.
