Foix (France) - Czech kayakers won medals in all four team events at the opening of the Junior and Under-23 World Water Slalom Championships. The women in France won in both categories, the juniors were second and the older competitors third.
The competitive part of the Junior and Younger Members World Whitewater Slalom Championships has begun in Foix, France. The opening day was dominated by kayakers Žiga Lin Hočevar, Tjaš Velikonja and Tadej Tilinger, who became the Junior Team World Champions.
