Young man charged after drug dealing in Guayama residential

A 24-year-old man was charged with violations of the Controlled Substances Act, after being arrested during an intervention at the Luis Palés Matos residential in Guayama. He was identified as Carlos Benjamín Santiago Feliciano. According to the police, at the time of his arrest he was treated with controlled substances, including crack, marijuana, fentanyl, and $243 in cash.
