1 Girl Dead, Another Critically Injured After Brooklyn Center Minibike Crash
Police say the driver stayed at the scene as investigators from two agencies examine the crash.

- Neighbor Chiquita Townsend said, "There's no stop signs down these streets right here," adding that cars often fly straight through and the tragedy was preventable.
