York County deputies apprehend man accused in deadly shooting near Carowinds

The York County Sheriff's Office charged a Sharon man with a shooting death just a block from the Carowinds entrance. Name of the person who died has not been released.

YORK CO., SC – The York County Sheriff’s Office says a suspect is in custody following a deadly shooting near the Circle K off Carowinds Boulevard in Fort Mill. The shooting happened around 5:30am on Monday. Investigators found a man who had been shot and say first responders tried to save his life, but he died.
