Police arrested a San Gabriel Valley woman suspected of driving under the influence after she very slowly tried to evade officers, as seen in video footage released Saturday. A Yakima woman accused of crashing a neighbor’s stolen Dodge Caravan into another woman’s vehicle has been found mentally competent to stand trial on charges of possession of a stolen vehicle and hit-and-run.
