XPeng Launches Its New AI-Powered MONA M03 Max BEV in China for Under $20,000

  • XPeng Motors officially launched the AI-powered MONA M03 Max all-electric sedan in China on May 28, 2025, priced at RMB 139,800 .
  • The launch follows XPeng's earlier MONA M03 trims released since August 2024 and reflects the company's goal to bring advanced AI driving features to affordable segments.
  • The MONA M03 Max features the enhanced AI Tianji System 5.7.0 with more than 300 additional capabilities, is powered by two NVIDIA Orin-X processors delivering a combined 508 trillion operations per second, and offers advanced city-level ADAS along with intelligent parking solutions.
  • XPeng has enhanced the MONA M03 Max with the latest AI Tianji System 5.7.0, which supports voice commands for more than 90% of the car’s functions and delivers an average response time of just 0.9 seconds.
  • This launch demonstrates XPeng's strategy to democratize cutting-edge AI-assisted driving, challenging typical A-Class EV pricing and technology standards in China’s fast-growing BEV market.
