The Stable Tokens Commission of Wyoming decided to migrate its FRNT state stablecoin from LayerZero to Chainlink CCIP, after identifying problems related to access controls, key management and incident disclosure. The change also followed a USD $292 million exploit linked to KelpDAO and an infrastructure operated by LayerZero Labs.
