Oregon senator hosts town hall during Trump’s address to Congress
Oregon U.S. Senator Ron Wyden is hosting a virtual town hall instead of attending President Donald Trump's joint congressional address, starting at 6 p.m. PT on March 4.
Wyden stated, "My top priority is making sure Oregonians from every corner of our state can keep weighing in directly with me."
Wyden's town hall is designed to give residents a platform to ask questions and share views while Trump addresses Congress.
Senator Jeff Merkley will also hold a virtual town hall after Trump's address to engage with Oregonians.
