CHADRON,NE(12/15/2023) -- Seventy-seven candidates for graduate degrees will be honored at Chadron State College’s Winter Commencement at 2 p.m. Dec. 15 in the Chicoine Center. The ceremony is free and open to the public as well as live-streamed.
