WorkWave Launches AI-Powered Decision Intelligence Platform

The platform combines operations, finance, payroll and compliance data to surface priority issues and help customers improve margins, WorkWave said.

  • WorkWave announced the launch of its Wavelytics decision intelligence platform in Australia and New Zealand, integrated within Timegate workforce management software to help service businesses improve decision-making.
  • Through the Wavelytics Data Factory, information from operations and finance systems is consolidated and analyzed to provide insights. According to the company, this AI-driven solution delivers actionable recommendations aimed at improving performance and margins.
  • The Operations Hub, the first feature available through the new platform, ranks priorities for executives and managers. It identifies compliance issues and allows users to drill down into specific operational details.
  • Kevin Kemmerer, CEO of WorkWave, said the platform enables proactive action rather than reactive analysis. "It moves our customers from reacting to historical data," Kemmerer said.
  • Additional hubs are planned for future release, including quality and compliance, proof of service, HR and payroll. This launch marks the latest expansion of WorkWave's software offering as businesses increasingly adopt AI tools.
