WORKERS at Jamnica, Zvijezda and PIK Vrbovec are on strike from today due to poor material rights.
Employees at Fortenova Group companies – Jamnica, Zvijezda and PIK Vrbovec – went on strike on Tuesday over low wages and management's unwillingness to extend the collective agreement. In response, Fortenova, which also owns Mercator, stressed that wages had been increased and that no one in the companies receives the minimum wage.
At PIK Vrbovec, part of the production and logistics processes are proceeding normally.
