Woodland council could OK E. Main traffic signal upgrade

Another small but important piece of resolving traffic woes at one of Woodland’s most congested intersections could soon be rectified. Woodland’s City Council will receive a “consent calendar” item to upgrade and eventually approve plans and specifications for an “emergency vehicle preemption” on East Main Street at the Interstate-5 northbound off ramp and both Highway 113 ramps.
