The St. Lawrence University women's tennis team got to four wins in a hurry as they secured a 4-0 win over William Smith in the first round of the Liberty League Tennis Championships on the campus of Cornell University on Friday evening.

ITHACA, N.Y. – The sixth-seeded William Smith tennis team saw its season come to a close as it fell 4-0 to third-seeded St. Lawrence in the first round of the Liberty League Championships this evening. With the loss, the Herons concluded their season with an 8-11 record, while the Saints improve to 14-4 and advance to tomorrow's semifinal match against second-seeded RPI.
