According to the note, a woman identified as Maria Shirley Piontkievicz, nurse and servant of the government of Paraná, came into the plane shouting, claiming that the aircraft was “uncontained” and that “does not respect this kind of people”. Maria Shirley would then have tried to move forward towards the restaurant and be covered by security. She was in a group of 16 tourists.
