Women cause damage while dancing and twerking on hood of Richmond Heights’ police cruiser

RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio -- Officers drove through the Parallel Lounge parking lot at Hilltop Plaza around 2 a.m. June 29 to assist patrons with exiting the business at closing time.As they did, a group of approximately ten women swarmed an officer’s cruiser as it drove slowly through the lot. Three of the women got onto the hood of the cruiser and began dancing and twerking.
