MARVIN, N.C. – A Union County woman won $8 million off a $50 scratch-off, North Carolina lottery officials announced Tuesday. Haya Freitekh, of Waxhaw, bought her winning $8 Million Money Maker ticket at the Publix off Providence Road South in Marvin.
