DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) - One of the suspects in a May theft investigation was arrested on Saturday, according to the Decatur Police Department. In May, Ulta Beauty on Point Mallard Parkway reported thefts totalling over $3,800 to the police department. Through an investigation, three women were named as suspects.
