Woman shot by child’s father during argument in Baker

BAKER, La. (BRPROUD) - The East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Office said a woman was shot after getting into an argument in Baker Sunday morning. The woman was arguing with her child's father when he fired shots and hit her vehicle around 5:30 a.m. on Kennon Drive, according to the sheriff's office. No injuries were reported and the incident is under investigation.
