Woman Paralyzed when Man Falls Out of Tree, Lands on Top of Her at Music Festival
A GoFundMe has raised more than $13,000 as Jamie Ulshoffer remains in intensive care after a severed spinal cord, her family said.

- Ulshoffer remains in the ICU at UofL Hospital with a severed spinal cord; despite her condition, she told WHAS11, "He shouldn't have been up there," adding she will forgive the man.
- Police reported on Tuesday that no criminal investigation would be opened, classifying the incident as civil; Louisville Mayor Craig Greenberg noted, "Anytime somebody is injured at one of our events, I feel for them."
- Family members have launched a GoFundMe campaign to help cover medical expenses, which has raised more than $13,000 towards a $22,000 target as Ulshoffer begins her recovery.
