Woman arrested in Saturday morning stabbing

FARGO, ND — One person was stabbed and a suspect arrested in Fargo. Fargo Police say the incident happened before 10 a.m. in the 1300 block of 3rd Avenue North. Sergeant Michael Anderson said officers located an adult victim suffering from a stab wound to the neck.
