MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A woman is charged with aggravated assault after police say she shot at another driver after exchanging words on Winchester in Hickory Hill around 2 a.m. Saturday. The victim told police she was waiting at a red light when a Jeep Cherokee driven by Diamond Terazes pulled up and blocked her. They exchanged words, and the victim drove away.
