Our reports of attempts to merge the Civic Platform (PO) with Nowoczesna and Inicjatywa Polska have been confirmed – Prime Minister Donald Tusk briefed members of the Civic Platform's board on this idea on Wednesday. While the merger seems to have been agreed upon with Nowoczesna, it's not necessarily the case with the latter group. "I don't know anything about that," says Inicjatywa leader Barbara Nowacka.
