Wits management agree to mediation process with SRC amid student protests
Students are protesting over debt, lack of accommodation and provision of emergency beds. The Office of the Dean of Student Affairs will facilitate the process. Wits students have recently been protesting against the exclusion of those who owe the institution. The university said the agreement emanated from engagements with the SRC last week.
