Reynosa, Tamps., During the neoliberal governments, housing policy abandoned the well-being of the people and was characterized by granting usurer credits, corruption and outright “ratery” prevailed to the detriment of those who considered themselves beneficiaries, said President Claudia Sheinbaum. After many years, their debt only grew even though they continued to provide, because they were unpayable loans.
