Witches take over downtown Cold Lake for Stepping Stones’ first walk

The free, family-friendly event began at Stepping Stones’ new building, where costumed participants browsed vendors, enjoyed mocktails, decorated brooms, and posed for photographs before walking through the community to raise awareness of intimate partner violence and the society’s support services.
